One thing sets us apart: we make our own molds and run our own injection machines. The moment a mold is finished, we trial it in-house and start production immediately — no shipping molds between factories, no waiting. That's why we iterate fast and most molds pass at T1.

PU Foaming Line
Low-pressure polyurethane foaming production line. Self-skinning PU foam. Hardness customizable on request. Custom colors available. Constant temperature & humidity controlled environment.

In-House Measurement
We keep a complete set of precision measuring instruments — calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, hardness testers and more — used at every stage to guarantee mold precision and part quality.
Every mold and every batch of parts is measured against the drawing before it leaves our workshop.
