How We Work

  1. Send 3D (STEP/IGS/STP) + 2D drawing + quantity estimate
  2. We return DFM report + mold design proposal + quote (≤24h)
  3. You approve → Mold build begins (typical 30 days)
  4. T0 samples sent for your approval (photo + measurement report)
  5. Mass production starts after sample sign-off
  6. QC report per batch, export packing, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai
